Symptoms
The Web Browser Resource is not visible on a Preview or Output. This can occur on Single Managers, Manager - Client systems, and Manager - Multiple Client systems if any of the servers have Multiple GPUs being used.
Cause
The Web Browser Resource is being opened on one of the GPUs and generating the texture, however it is not able to be shared to PIXERA via the other GPU, leading to the texture not being visible.
Solution 1
Follow the Multi GPU Systems section in NVIDIA Graphics Card Settings
If this does not resolve the issue, then proceed with Solution 2.
Solution 2
Disable Use Web Browser Texture Sharing checkbox on the server/servers that are running into the issue.
If this does not resolve the issue, then proceed with Solution 2.
Solution 3
Connect and Load all EDID Outputs + GUI to your Main GPU and not to your GUI GPU. You can also test disabling your GUI GPU in the Device Manager.
WARNING
Make sure to remove the settings from Solution 1 as now the second GPU is not being used.
