Natively, no minimized start is currently supported. This means that you have to use a workaround.
NirCmd
This program is used to minimize the PIXERA GUI Window.
It can be downloaded here
Warning
You need to make the nircmd.exe available in the system, you can copy it in C:\Windows\System32 and restart the system, or you add it to the system path variable.
Afterward, this batch file can be executed to minimize PIXERA.
minimize_pixera.bat
You can insert this batch file into the windows task scheduler to automatically minimize it after the PIXERA start.
