This can have multiple different causes and symptoms, the following guide only handles a specific one of that.
The most common cause is System overload, the system don't have enough performance to render all outputs in time.
Performance Tweaking Guide

Symptoms

Output stutters without the dropped or incomplete frames being counted when the overlay is activated (Ctrl+9) The stuttering happens at irregular intervals and can also be seen on the tearing bars (moving bars) in the overlay. Dropped and incomplete frames can only reliable be counted if sync is applied to the output.

Verification Steps

  • Is one or more of your display's set to portrait mode in Windows or Nvidia?
  • No Engine related error shown in notifications of Pixera
  • No hardware performance limitation visible in task manager and reproduceable with a new Project and a few displays (usually more than 2)

Cause

Nvidia is not able to sync outputs anymore but thinks it does, this causes problem in the render process.

Solution2

Do not use portrait mode, set it to default landscape mode.
