Setup Guide
In this article are the recommended settings to get the best performance with PIXERAtwo Octo:
- Check to make sure the recommended graphics driver and quadro sync firmware is installed.
Open the NVIDIA Control Panel and press in the bottom left corner on “System Information” to verify the versions of all NVIDIA cards.

- Make sure that these 4 settings are selected in the “Manage 3D settings” tab:
1. Triple Buffering - ON
2. Threaded Optimization - ON
3. Power Management Mode - Prefer Maximum Performance
4. Open GL Rendering GPU - NVIDIA RTX A1000
Important! It is recommended to connect the GUI monitor to the primary interface card!
- Load the same EDID into all 8 available outputs.
Warning! It is recommended to NOT use different resolutions and frame rates!
Check after loading EDID in the “View System Topology” tab if all EDIDs are loaded successfully.

- Set 2x Mosaic with 7680x4320 resolution - 1 Mosaic per Card
How to set Mosaic in NVIDIA Control Panel
- Once both Mosaic instances have loaded, make sure to set the preferred sync mode in the “Synchronize Displays” tab.
