Connected Touch Screen Not Working

If a Touch Screen is connected to a PIXERA Server, it may not initially work.

In older images on the servers, the functionality is not automatically enabled in Windows and must be done manually.


Registry Fix

 

To accomplish this, please download the provided file below, unzip it, and run the “enableTouch.reg” file inside:

If this also does not work, you may need to perform a Windows Update. Check with our team by sending in a ticket with the serial number of your server and we can aid further:
